Alan Greenspan appeared before the House Budget Committee today and declared that the current budget management was
fiscally destabilizing, warning of economic stagnation and urging tax increases and spending cuts. Yeah right, Mr. Chairman. Dick Cheney says deficits don't matter. Who the hell do you think you are?
