The D.C. Circuit ruled today to allow challengers of the FCC's impending broadcast flag requirement (previously reported on BWJ
here) an additional two weeks to
demonstrate valid standing. Dissenting, Judge Sentelle argued that the case should have been dismissed on standing. :)
